


Police have recovered the bodies of a married couple and their domestic help from a residence in Sylhet city on Wednesday (August 12).
The deceased have been identified as Abdus Sattar, his wife Suraiya Begum, and their domestic worker Tahmina Begum.
According to local residents, a technician arrived at the house in the morning and knocked on the door. Receiving no response, he alerted neighbors. Shortly after, locals spotted blood on the house's balcony from an adjacent building and notified the police.
Upon receiving the news, police arrived at the scene, opened the door, and discovered the three bodies inside.
Police reported that the wardrobes and drawers inside the residence were found open. Law enforcement agencies have initiated an investigation into the incident, considering both robbery and family dispute as potential motives.
