New HR Club Executive Committee for 2026-27 Announced at PSTU

A new executive committee of the HR Club for the 2026–2027 session has been announced at (PSTU). The club operates under the Department of Management Studies of the Faculty of Business Administration.

According to a notice published on April 22, 2026, the committee has been approved for a one-year term by Professor Dr. Hasan Uddin, Chief Moderator of the HR Club, Professor Dr. Mohammad Mujahidul Islam, Chief Advisor, and Associate Professor Md. Tarikul Islam, Advisor.

Associate Professor Md. Momin Uddin of the Department of Management has been appointed as President. The Vice Presidents are Umme Hamamah, Md. Touhidul Islam, Asir Awsaf, Md. Ratik Mahmud, Anas, Jahur Alam, and Mohammad Ariful Islam Arif.

Md. Mofasserul Haque Tanmoy has been appointed as General Secretary, while Mariyam Nesha Oishi will serve as Joint General Secretary.

The representatives of different functional wings are as follows:

Talent Acquisition: Md. Tasdid Hasan (Representative), Md. Sazzad Hossain Tamim (Co-representative);

Learning and Development: Md. Arbin Riad Antor (Representative), Jannat Ara Meghla (Co-representative);

Member Engagement and Relations: Rimi Akter (Representative), Rupa Bachar (Co-representative);

Rewards and Recognition: Israt Jahan Meghla (Representative), Arsadul Haque Sajin (Co-representative);

Operations and Compliance: Md. Sabbir Khan (Representative), Sadia Afrin Sara (Co-representative);

Public Relations and Communications: Ratan Ghosh (Representative), Mosammat Nishat Tabassum (Co-representative);

Event Management: Md. Naimur Rahman (Representative), Umme Mehbuba Tasnim (Co-representative);

Management Information System: Md. Tuhin Parvez (Representative), Sarbani Bepari (Co-representative).

In addition, a six-member Executive Member Panel has been formed, comprising Kazi Abdur Rafi, Hawa Akter, Tabriz Al Amin, Rifat Ara, Iffat Alam Eva, and Cynthia Akter Shimu.

Speaking on the occasion, President Md. Momin Uddin said,“I am proud to be appointed as President of the HR Club and grateful to the respected Chief Moderator and faculty members. Our young and dynamic committee will take the club forward through effective initiatives. We will work together to prepare students for the corporate world through workshops, seminars, industry connections, career guidance, and skill development programs, Insha’Allah.”

General Secretary Md. Mofasserul Haque Tanmoy said,“I am proud to be part of the new committee of the HR Club. Through collective efforts, we will work to enhance students’ skills, develop leadership qualities, and promote practical knowledge.”

Joint General Secretary Mariyam Nesha Oishi said,“I am delighted to have the opportunity to serve as part of the HR Club. Together, we will work to develop students’ skills, foster creativity, and build professional readiness.”
