


Learning Systems and the Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on research, feasibility studies, technical assistance, and capacity development.
The agreement was signed on Monday at the IIFC office in Manipuripara, Dhaka. Under the partnership, the two organizations will jointly provide policy support, project formulation, and knowledge-based technical services. Their joint efforts will focus primarily on infrastructure development, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), human resource development, and institutional capacity building.
Learning Systems Chairman Md. Fashiullah, Managing Director Prof. Dr. A.Q.M. Shafiul Azam, and Director of Business Development Mostofa Shakil attended the signing. IIFC Managing Director Md. Moniruzzaman led his organization's delegation, joined by senior officials from both sides.
Officials stated that this strategic partnership will help facilitate investment in Bangladesh's infrastructure sector and support the country's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by strengthening institutional capacity.
