SSC Exams Begin Peacefully in Muksudpur with Tight Security

SSC and equivalent examinations began peacefully in Muksudpur upazila of Gopalganj on Tuesday (April 21) with the Bangla First Paper. The exams started at 10:00 am simultaneously at all centres and ended at 1:00 pm in a calm and orderly environment.

Around 2,500 students from 43 secondary schools and 20 madrasas participated on the first day. The examinations were held across four centres: Government Muksudpur College, Government Saber Mia Jasim Uddin (SJ) Model High School, Muksudpur Pilot Boys’ High School, and Jalirpar Kaligram Mukunda Bihari Mallik High School. The process concluded peacefully without any untoward incidents.

Strict security measures were in place to ensure fair and uninterrupted examinations. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mahmud Ashiq Kabir supervised the arrangements, while law enforcement agencies were deployed at all centres to maintain discipline and support a smooth exam environment.

This year, a total of 3,511 candidates are taking part in the SSC and equivalent examinations in Muksudpur upazila, slightly higher than last year.
