Swapnadwip Khelaghar Asar Conference Held in Bhola

The bi-annual conference of Swapnadwip Khelaghar Asar took place at the Bhola Zilla Parishad Hallroom on Wednesday morning, rallying under the slogan, "Protect the moon-like faces from the darkness."

Professor Parvin Akhter, president of the organization, chaired the event, while District Council Administrator Alhaj Golam Nabi Alamgir attended as the chief guest.

Other notable speakers included Shuvankar Chakraborty, central committee member for the Barisal division; local Cultural Officer Hasanur Rashid; Khaleda Khanam, former principal of Shaheed Zia School and College; and Nasir Uddin Liton, general secretary of the Bhola Press Club. Organizing Secretary Asma Akhter Sathi hosted the program.

The conference drew local teachers, cultural activists, parents, and journalists from various media outlets.

Following the open discussions, the organization formed a new 17-member executive committee, electing Khaleda Khanam as the new president and Uttam Kumar Ghosh as general secretary.
