


Advocate Maulana Shahinur Pasha Chowdhury, the 10-party alliance candidate for the Sunamganj-3 (Jagannathpur-Shantiganj) constituency, intensified his campaign efforts on Saturday with a day-long series of public meetings and rallies across Shantiganj Upazila.
Chowdhury, who also serves as the Central Nayeb-e-Ameer of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis, met with voters in several villages to discuss his vision for the 13th National Parliament election.
The day began with door-to-door visits in Baromoha village, followed by a yard meeting in West Birgaon Union. Later, Chowdhury moved his campaign to Dungria Bazar and its surrounding areas. Public relations meeting at Bhambhomi Bazar in Dargapasha Union. A large rally at Birgaon Bazar in support of his "rickshaw" election symbol. A community meeting in Haripur village, Patharia Union. A final late-night gathering at Terhal Point in Shimulbak Union.
The candidate was accompanied by a large delegation of senior Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis leaders, including Central Sura member Maulana Nur Uddin and District Vice President Maulana Abdul Khaliq. Local unit leaders from Shantiganj and Patharia unions, as well as representatives from the expatriate community, were also in attendance to show their support.
As the February 12 election approaches, Chowdhury continues to emphasize regional development and his commitment to the "July Charter" reforms, urging voters to turn out in high numbers for the upcoming referendum and parliamentary vote.
