Jubo Dal celebrates 47th founding anniversary in Ghatail

The 47th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Jubo Dal has been celebrated in Ghatail, Tangail. Leaders and activists gathered at the Ghatail Gana Pilot Government High School playground at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 28, organized by the Upazila and Municipal Jubo Dal. After the discussion on the founding anniversary, a colorful procession took out and circled the main roads of the municipal city.

Former Upazila Jubo Dal convener Khurram Masud Siddiqui presided over the event, which was moderated by former Upazila Jubo Dal joint convener Md. Afzal Hossain. Former Minister and MP, advisor to the BNP Chairperson, freedom fighter Lutfar Rahman Khan Azad, was present as the chief guest. Former Upazila Jubo Dal member secretary Mostaq Ahmed Sagar delivered the keynote address.

BNP Central Executive Committee member Mainul Islam, former Tangail District BNP vice-president and former mayor Manjurul Haque Manju, former Upazila BNP joint secretary Abu Bakar Siddique, former Upazila Mohila Dal general secretary Meherun Nahar Chowdhury Lucky, former Municipal BNP general secretary Faruk Hossain Dhala, and former student leader Shamim Mia were present as special guests.

Among others present were former president of Upazila Jubo Dal Rafiqul Islam Dulal, joint convener of Upazila Jubo Dal Yasir Arafat Shaon, former president of Municipal Jubo Dal Shahidul Islam Shahid, former president of Upazila Chhatra Dal Hasanuzzaman Torun, former president of Municipal Chhatra Dal Murad Hasan Rubel, along with leaders and activists of Upazila Jubo Dal, Municipal Jubo Dal, Union Jubo Dal.
