Press Five, a large journalist organization in the north, paid tribute to the brave martyrs on Victory Day

On the occasion of the great Victory Day, Press Five, a large journalist organization consisting of five upazilas of Lalmonirhat, a connection of the north, paid tribute to the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Liberation War.

On Tuesday morning, the leaders and members of the organization paid tribute by placing wreaths at the memorials in Kaliganj, Aditmari, Hatibandha, Patgram, and Lalmonirhat of the district.

During the tribute, Press Five convener Altafur Rahman, Press Five member secretary Nur Alamgir Anu, Press Five joint convener Mostafizur Rahman Mostafa, Press Five joint convener Faruk Alam, Press Five convening committee member Saiful Islam Sabuj, Press Five convening committee members Rahebul Islam Titul, Laju Mia, Alamin Babu, Roni Islam, Toufiq Zaman, Mohammad Wahed Ali, Rakibul Islam Ripon, Rabiul Hasan, Mahir Khan, and other members of the convening committee were present.

After paying tribute, the journalist leaders present pledged to fulfill the responsibilities of media workers more firmly in building the country in the spirit of the Liberation War.

In addition, journalists from various print, electronic and online media of Kaliganj, Aditmari, Patgram and Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazilas were present. At the end, special prayers were offered for the recovery of Khaleda Zia.
