


Educational materials have been distributed among 200 poor and talented students from 10 government primary schools in Laharkandi Union, Laxmipur Sadar Upazila.
The program was organized by the Laharkandi Union Parishad with funded through the Union Development Assistance Fund for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Laxmipur Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Kathoypru Marma as the chief guest handed out school bags, notebooks and pens to the students.
Speakers at the event said such initiatives play a vital role in encouraging poor and talented students to stay engaged in education also helping them attend school regularly and continue their studies.
Laharkandi Union Parishad Officer-in-Charge Mizanur Rahman along with Union Parishad administrative officers and members attended the program.
The students expressed joy upon receiving the materials and voiced their determination to continue progressing in their studies.
