


Police have recovered the bodies of four family members in Tivli village of Washim district, Maharashtra, India. The deceased include a husband, his wife, and their two children.
Initial investigations indicate the husband died by hanging, while his wife and children were recovered from a nearby well. Police suspect the mother and children may have jumped.
Sub-Inspector Imran Pathan of the Shirpur Police Station stated that authorities were alerted to the incident around 4:30 pm. A police team promptly secured the scene and launched an inquiry.
"The bodies have been sent for an autopsy, which will confirm the exact cause of death," Pathan told reporters.
The circumstances leading up to this tragedy remain unclear. An active police investigation is ongoing.
