Volunteer Party Marks Anniversary With Tree Plantation Drive in Lohagara, Narail.

Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteer Party marked its 46th founding anniversary in Lohagara Upazila with a cleanliness drive and tree plantation program on Thursday.

Around 11am the party leaders, workers and supporters, led by Upazila Volunteer Party convener Akidul Islam and member secretary Kazi Iqbal Hossain, first carried out a cleanliness drive before planting more than a hundred forest, fruit and medicinal tree saplings on the local health complex premises.

Among those present were Lohagara Municipal Volunteer Party Convener Said Alam Shiplu, Member Secretary Md. Firoz Ahmed, Jubo Dal Senior Joint Convener Sohel Rana Laxmi, Joint Convener Md. Saiful Islam Mallick, Volunteer Party leader Ashikur Rahman Swapan, Chhatra Dal leader Shariful Islam Lion and Md. Anisur Rahman also among others.
