Nazifa Hossain Swadhika has achieved second place in the general dance category of the dance department during the national talent search event "Notun Kuri 2025" organized by Bangladesh Television. She is a regular student at Bangladesh Shishu Academy.

In this competition, which featured around 18 thousand participants, there was intense rivalry among the top five contestants. Swadhika secured first place in the Dhaka divisional selection, followed by a second place finish in the top ten selection. A student of Udayan Higher Secondary School, Nazifa Hossain Swadhika excelled in the top ten competition, ultimately reaching the top five.

Thousands of children from across the nation took part in this traditional competition, which was jointly organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Bangladesh Television. The competitions spanned a total of 12 categories, including dance, singing, recitation, comedy, storytelling, and acting. After the regional and divisional rounds, the final round showcased the selected contestants.

Dilara Begum, Director General of Bangladesh Shishu Academy, stated that BTV's renowned competition 'Notun Kuri 2025', which has returned after a 20-year break, has provided a platform to nurture the talent and creativity of the country's youth. Shishu Academy takes pride in this remarkable achievement by their student Swadhika and has expressed hopes for her bright future.

Both Bangladesh Shishu Academy and the Udayan School and College communities are delighted and proud of Swadhika's accomplishments. Muhammad Arifur Rahman, Acting Principal of Udayan Higher Secondary School, remarked, "The competition serves as a means to discover oneself. BTV's esteemed competition 'Notun Kuri 2025' has created this opportunity to foster the talent and creativity of the nation's children and adolescents. Nazifa's success is an inspiration to us all, and we anticipate a bright future for her."

Swadhikar has set herself apart among the dance talents of children and adolescents through consistent practice, dedication, and effort. Her accomplishments have established a new benchmark in nurturing child talent within the cultural landscape of the nation.
