Iftar and Prayer Mahfil Held for Late BNP Leader Faruk in Porsha

An iftar and prayer mahfil was held in Porsha, Naogaon, on Saturday to honor the memory of the late BNP leader Faruk Hossain.

The event was organized by his wife, Nabish Sultana Parveen, a copywriter at the Upazila Sub-Registrar Office, at her residence near the Nitpur Dak Bungalow.

Notable attendees included Shakil Javed, Vice President, Upazila BNP Shadequl Islam, General Secretary, Upazila BNP Rafiqul Islam Gama, Publicity Secretary Shariful Islam, Relief and Rehabilitation Secretary, Belal Hossain, President, Nitpur Union BNP, Sultan Ahmed, President, Document Writers Association

Other local leaders, activists, and dignitaries also joined the gathering. Before iftar, a special prayer was offered seeking eternal peace for the soul of the deceased.
