Exchange of views on the occasion of Jamaat Ameer's visit to Kurigram

A view exchange meeting was held with journalists on the occasion of the arrival of 11 party alliance leaders including Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at an election rally in Kurigram on February 4 for the upcoming 13th parliamentary elections and referendum.

The view exchange meeting was organized at the district Jamaat's own office in the district town's Leather Gola area on Monday (February 2) at 11 am.

At the view exchange meeting, District Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Md. Azizur Rahman said that a large election rally will be held at Kurigram Government College Ground on February 4 at 10 am for the four parliamentary constituencies of Kurigram district. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman will be present as the chief guest at the rally.

The district Jamaat Ameer also said that NCP Central Committee Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain, South Region Chief Organizer Hasnat Abdullah, DUCSU VP Sadiq Kayem and other top leaders of the 11-party alliance will speak as special guests at the public meeting.

In addition, candidates of the 11-party alliance from the four parliamentary constituencies of Kurigram district will also participate in the public meeting.

The district Jamaat Ameer expressed hope that about 4 to 4.5 lakh men and women from the four parliamentary constituencies will gather in this public meeting.

District Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Nizam Uddin, NCP District Convener Md. Mukul Mia, Khelafat Majlis Rangpur Assistant Director Sabebor Mia and leaders and activists from different levels of Jamaat and alliance participated in the exchange of views.
