National Bank Holds Exchange Meeting with Pesticide Officers in Niamatpur

An exchange meeting between National Bank Limited PLC, Niamatpur branch, and members of the Niamatpur Pesticide Officers Association was held on Saturday to discuss banking services and ways to enhance service quality.

The meeting took place at the Niamatpur Community and Convention Center, with Yunus Ali, president of the association, in the chair. The session was conducted by Ruhul Amin, organizational secretary of the association.

Kishore Kumar Sarker, branch manager of National Bank, attended as the chief guest and elaborated on the bank’s ongoing initiatives to make financial services more accessible to rural clients.

Speakers included Md. Shah Newaz, principal officer of National Bank; Asaduzzaman, general secretary of the Pesticide Officers Association; and Shahjahan Shaju, president of Niamatpur Press Club.

Participants praised the bank’s role in providing efficient services at the grassroots level. They also noted that although the bank had faced challenges following recent political transitions, operations have now stabilized, and customers are receiving regular banking services.
