In Kuala Lumpur, Rahman is scheduled to meet Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. Diplomatic sources indicate the discussions will heavily focus on the labor market, the recruitment of Bangladeshi workers, mutual investment, energy cooperation, and the ongoing Rohingya crisis.
Following his Malaysia visit, the Prime Minister will travel to Beijing. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh and China are expected to sign 15 to 17 bilateral documents. These include approximately 13 memorandums of understanding (MoUs), two agreements, an action plan, and a protocol.
