Muksudpur Press Club Eid Reunion Promotes Unity Among Journalists

Journalists of Muksudpur Press Club held an Eid reunion in Gopalganj, bringing members together in a spirit of unity and goodwill.

Despite busy schedules, members joined the gathering to exchange Eid greetings and strengthen professional ties. The programme included informal interactions at Pathrail Bridge and a tea session at Kalidar Par, creating a relaxed and friendly environment.

Participants said such events help build stronger relationships and provide motivation in a demanding profession.

During the reunion, journalists stressed the importance of ethical journalism. They reaffirmed their commitment to publishing accurate, objective, and verified news while rejecting misinformation and unverified reports.

The event was attended by Press Club President Md. Siru Mia, General Secretary Kazi Wahidul Islam, Vice Presidents Md. Hafizur Rahman and Kabir Hossain, along with other executive members and journalists.

Participants expressed hope that similar gatherings will continue in the future to strengthen coordination and unity within the journalism community.
