Former MP Israt Sultana Elen Bhutto's mass outreach attracts public attention

Israt Sultana Elen Bhutto, former member of parliament for Jhalokathi-2 (Nalchity), carried out extensive public outreach across the upazila on Sunday (October 12).

During her visits to various areas, large crowds turned out for her meetings, which she and her party workers interpret as an early sign of victory for the BNP’s 31-point manifesto (“Dhaner Sheesh”).

Starting from the upazila courtyard, Elen Bhutto, accompanied by party activists, distributed BNP’s 31-point leaflets among the general public at key locations, including Puran Bazar and other important areas of the town.

Among those present were Upazila BNP President Anichur Rahman Helal, Upazila Swechasebak Dal Convener Touhidul Alam Manna, General Secretary Saidul Kabir Rana, former Dapdapia Union Chairman Khandakar Ahidul Islam Badal, BNP leader Sahidul Islam, former Nalchity Municipality Councilor Sarwar Hossain Talukdar, Upazila Jubo Dal Joint Convener and former Councilor Ziaul Kabir Mithu, and other local party leaders and activists.

After the public outreach, Elen Bhutto visited the residence of Nalchiti Upazila Freedom Fighter Commander Kazi Bak Ali, checking on his health and exchanging greetings with family members.
