BUP and OCPASS Ink MoU for Enhanced Academic, Research Ties

Bangladesh University of Professionals D(BUP) and the Osmani Centre for Peace and Security Studies (OCPASS) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today at the BUP campus.

The agreement is designed to bolster cooperation between the two institutions across academic, research, and administrative domains, fostering the mutual exchange of knowledge and resources.

The signing ceremony saw the presence of BUP's Vice Chancellor, Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam, and other high officials. Brigadier General Muhammad Ali Talukder, Dean of the Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies at BUP, and Lieutenant General Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman (Retired), Chairman of OCPASS, signed the document on behalf of their respective organizations
