To raise public awareness and support for BNP Acting Chairman Tareque Rahman’s 31-point State Reform Plan, Chattogram District Public Prosecutor and BNP nomination aspirant Advocate Ashraf Hossain Chowdhury Razzak distributed leaflets and campaigned for the ‘Sheaf of Paddy’ symbol in Bashirullah Miaji Bazar of Baharchhara Union, Banshkhali, on Monday (October 20) evening.
The event drew a large crowd of local BNP leaders, activists, and residents who chanted slogans in support of the party.
Addressing the gathering, Advocate Razzak said, “Tareque Rahman’s 31 points are not just a political agenda but a declaration to restore people’s rights, justice, human dignity, and democratic freedom. It’s a historic step for rebuilding the nation.” He also announced his intention to seek BNP nomination from the Banshkhali constituency to help implement the reform agenda.
Among others present were former Upazila BNP organizing secretary M. Abdul Haque, district BNP member Delwar Azim, former union presidents Shoaibul Islam Kayes and Jahid Uddin Chowdhury, along with local BNP and allied organization leaders.
