Pabna Community Hospital holds Iftar and Prayer Gathering

An Iftar and prayer gathering was organised by Pabna Community Hospital on Sunday.

The programme took place at the hospital’s auditorium in Nurpur, Pabna. Civil Surgeon Abul Kalam Azad attended the event as the chief guest.

Several doctors and health professionals from local medical institutions were present at the gathering. Among them were Prof. Dr. Rezaul Haque Reza of the Orthopedics Department of Pabna Medical College Hospital, ophthalmologist Dr. Aminul Islam Akand, medicine specialist and cardiologist Dr. Ruhid Hasan, and Dr. SM Mohidul Islam, medical officer of Chatmohar Upazila Health Complex.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Zubayer Ahmed Siddiqui and several doctors from the hospital’s emergency department — Dr. Bazlur Rashid, Dr. Tohidul Islam and Dr. Tanvir — also attended the programme.

Hospital manager Motaleb Hossain and administrative officer Abdullah Al Mamun Kallol were present, while Hafizur Rahman Hafiz coordinated the event.

The prayer at the Iftar gathering was led by Maulana Mostafizur Rahman, imam of a local mosque.
