Parliament's First Session to Continue Until April 30

The first session of the 13th National Parliament is scheduled to continue until April 30, Finance Minister Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury announced on Saturday.

The Minister shared the timeline following a meeting of the Parliamentary Working Advisory Committee held at the Parliament Secretariat. Chaired by Prime Minister and Leader of the House Tarique Rahman, the meeting focused on the legislative agenda for the current session.

Minister Chowdhury noted that the committee discussed various ordinances issued during the interim government's tenure. However, he clarified that the matter of the Constitutional Reform Council was not included in today’s discussions.
