Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU) recently organized an anti-drug rally and awareness seminar on its campus to campaign against drug abuse.

Titled “A Healthy Mind for a Bright Future” the seminar was held at the university’s TSC Conference Hall. PSTU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. S M Hemayet Jahan addressed the event as the chief guest. He was joined by Patuakhali Deputy Commissioner Dr. Mohammad Shahid Hossain Chowdhury and Superintendent of Police Md. Abu Yusuf, who attended as special guests.

The program brought together teachers, university officials and students from all faculties. During the seminar, speakers emphasized the devastating impacts of drug addiction on both individuals and society.

They urged students to take a proactive leadership role in raising awareness and fostering a drug-free, healthy community.
