The Raipur Upazila administration in Laxmipur honored 232 outstanding students on Thursday afternoon for their academic excellence.
Held at the Upazila Parishad auditorium the reception celebrated 60 students who achieved a GPA-5 in their SSC and equivalent exams alongside 172 primary school students who earned talent-pool scholarships.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mehedi Hasan Kawsar presided over the ceremony with Md. Abul Khair Bhuiyan attending as the chief guest.
During the event, officials presented certificates of honor and congratulatory gifts to the students also encouraging them to continue their educational journey. The gathering was well-attended by local students, proud guardians, teachers and various government officials who came together to celebrate the community's academic success.
