Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) hosted the Honda Mango Fest 2026 in Chapainawabganj, combining cultural celebration with environmental awareness and community engagement.
Now in its second edition, the event brought together Honda motorcycle riders, local officials, community leaders, and company representatives to celebrate the region’s cultural heritage while promoting sustainability efforts.
A key feature of the festival was a large-scale tree plantation initiative, aligned with Honda’s global environmental message, “Blue Skies for Our Children.” Participants joined in planting saplings as part of efforts to support long-term environmental protection.
BHL Managing Director and CEO Susumu Morisawa said the festival reflects the company’s broader social commitment.
“Honda Mango Fest is not only about celebrating local heritage, but also about our commitment to becoming a company society wants to keep,” he said. “By planting trees today, we are investing in the well-being of future generations.”
Chief Marketing Officer Shah Muhammad Ashequr Rahman said the initiative strengthens the company’s connection with the community.
“This event reflects our belief that a strong brand is built through meaningful contributions to society,” he said. “We are proud to bring people together for a sustainable and impactful cause.”
Organizers said the festival aims to strengthen community ties while promoting environmental responsibility through practical action such as tree planting.
