ONE Bank PLC has expanded its digital reach with the launch of a new Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) facility at its Gulshan Islamic Banking Branch.

The new facility, located at 97 Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak (Gulshan Avenue), was inaugurated by Anannya Das Gupta, Director of ONE Bank PLC, and Muhit Rahman, the bank’s Managing Director. The launch is part of a broader effort to provide 24/7 secure and modern banking solutions to customers in Dhaka’s primary business district.

CRMs allow customers to both deposit and withdraw cash instantly, reducing the need for traditional teller services and speeding up transactions.

Senior bank officials at the ceremony emphasized that the move reflects ONE Bank’s commitment to upgrading service points and improving the overall customer experience through technology.
