Historic National Revolution and Solidarity Day celebrated in Niamatpur

The historic National Revolution and Solidarity Day on November 7th was commemorated with appropriate respect in Niamatpur, Naogaon, thanks to the collaboration of BNP and its associated organizations.

On Friday, November 7th, at 11 am, a procession led by Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Shamim Reza Chowdhury Badsha commenced from the BNP party office. After traversing significant roads in the upazila, participants gathered in front of the party office for a discussion meeting.

The discussion meeting was chaired by Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Shamim Reza Chowdhury Badsha, with Upazila Jubo Dal Joint Convener Mehedi Hasan serving as the moderator.

Joining virtually as the chief guest was Upazila BNP President, former MP, and freedom fighter Dr. Salek Chowdhury.

The discussion program also included the presence of Upazila BNP Vice President Aminul Islam, Ekhem Khalilur Rahman, Joint General Secretary Noor Alam Shuja, Joint Freedom Fighter Affairs Secretary Abdul Mannan, BRDB Chairman Abdur Rahman Babu, Jubo Dal Convener Manzur Rahman, along with local leaders and activists.

During their speeches, the speakers highlighted that Dr. Salek Chowdhury is a knowledgeable, experienced, and senior politician. They expressed confidence that under his leadership, the Niamatpur BNP is secure. Consequently, they urged party leaders Begum Khaleda Zia and acting chairman Tarique Rahman to consider changing the party's nomination to Dr. Salek Chowdhury after thorough deliberation.
