Narail District Police Superintendent (SP) Mohammad Al Mamun Sikder held a view-exchange meeting with local journalists on Wednesday to discuss the district's law and order situation.

The meeting began at 11:30 AM in the Narail District Police conference room. During the session, SP Sikder detailed ongoing police initiatives to curb drug trafficking, suppress serious crimes like murder, and regulate unlicensed motorcycles.

"The district police are working with the utmost priority to ensure public safety," the SP stated, seeking media cooperation to bolster crime prevention efforts.

Additional Superintendents of Police Nur Alam Siddique, Kamruzzaman, and Rakibul Hasan attended the meeting. Representing the media, Narail Press Club General Secretary MM Mahbubur Rashid Lablu and several print and electronic media journalists were present.

The journalists shared insights on local issues and pledged to work in coordination with the police administration to maintain peace in the district.
