'People are obsessed with who sleeps with whom': Swastika Fires Back at Critics

Popular Tollywood actress Swastika Mukherjee has always been outspoken. And because of that, the actress has also generated a lot of criticism from time to time.

Recently, in an interview, Swastika commented that it is good for a person to have more than one love in his life at the same time. Her comment is creating a storm on social media. A section of netizens questioned her morality. However, Swastika did not hesitate to hit back at the netizens.

She clarified her position with a long post on her Facebook page.

According to a report by Hindustan Times, Swastika made it clear that she has done what she said, and she will not change her answer for anyone else. The actress said that it is not wrong to love as a way to feel good and pass the time.

Supporting her comment, Swastika wrote, 'Yes, I said it, I have done it. Every time the media asks about love, I will give such or other answers.' She said in a tone of annoyance, why can't people take a joke as just a joke? Her sarcasm towards the media, 'They are presenting my statements as if I am Maharishi Krishna Dwaipayan!'

Questioning the critics' education, Swastika wrote, 'Do you know who Maharishi Krishna Dwaipayan is? I don't know. Without studying, they spend the whole day talking about who said what, who played what, who slept with whom - this is what they practice.'

She also expressed surprise at when love became such a big 'injustice' in society. She clearly said that those who question her are responsible. If asked, she will answer, and if she doesn't like the answer, there is no point in making chutney. Explaining her philosophy of life, the actress said that she does not answer to please anyone or is not a candidate to 'cough up' after hearing someone's words.

He further added that if people have time, they should spend it on love. Otherwise, people will waste their time on nonsense.

His advice to netizens is that it is wise to find a way to be good for themselves instead of following others on Facebook.
