A day-long free eye treatment camp will be held on Wednesday, July 2, on the premises of Paikgachha Government High School. The initiative aims to bring modern eye care to the doorsteps of the general and underprivileged people of Paikgachha Upazila.
According to the organizers, the camp will run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Experienced doctors and skilled healthcare workers from the Khulna BNNB Eye Hospital will provide the medical services.
Patients attending the camp will receive free eye examinations, digital eye screenings, and medical prescriptions. Additionally, those requiring advanced treatment or surgery will receive necessary guidance and support for follow-up care.
To ensure maximum reach, local volunteers distributed awareness leaflets at key locations across the upazila headquarters on Monday morning. The organizing committee urges all residents suffering from vision problems to attend the camp at the scheduled time to receive these free services.
