Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS), a traditional trade organization of the country. Sayem Sobhan Anvir, the organization's recently outgoing president and chairman of Anvir Bashundhara Group, has been appointed as its chief advisor.

Diamond & Divas owner Enamul Haque Khan Dolan has taken charge as BAJUS's president for the second time.

The handover process of the organization's newly elected board of directors was completed at the BAJUS office in Eskaton in the capital on Monday afternoon. After the handover, the first meeting of the newly elected board of directors was held. In this meeting, Sayem Sobhan Anvir was unanimously nominated as the chief advisor and all the former presidents of the organization as members of the advisory board.

BAJUS Senior Vice President Ranjit Ghosh, Vice President Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury Jewel, Azad Ahmed and Abhi Roy, among others, spoke at the meeting.
