Bangladesh T20 captain Liton Das has returned to the nets today, signaling his preparation for the upcoming three-match T20 International series against the West Indies.

Liton had been sidelined with a muscle strain suffered during the Asia Cup in the UAE last month. That injury forced him out of crucial Asia Cup matches against India and Pakistan (both losses for Bangladesh) and subsequently ruled him out of the T20 and ODI series against Afghanistan and the ongoing home ODI series against the West Indies.

A Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) official confirmed that Liton's recovery is in the "final stage," and his return is viewed as a "positive boost" for the team.

The T20 series is scheduled to be played at the Bir Sreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Chattogram on October 27, 29, and 31.
