This system is expected to move west-northwest and intensify. While this development is monitored, the overall weather across the country for the upcoming five days is forecast to remain largely dry.

Expected to develop in the southern Andaman Sea and surrounding regions within 24 hours (from Nov 22nd), it is anticipated to strengthen and move west-northwest.

Another low pressure is likely to emerge over the southwest Bay of Bengal and near Sri Lanka in the next 24 hours.
