


Police recovered the throat-slit body of a fish trader, Rafiqul Islam (45), also known as Rubel, from his home in Bishnapur village, Natore, on Monday morning.
According to police and local sources, Rubel went to sleep in a separate room on Sunday night following a domestic dispute with his wife and son. Family members discovered his body the next morning and alerted the authorities.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Singra Police Station, Rafiqul Islam, confirmed the recovery of the body. Preliminary investigations suggest the killing may have stemmed from a family feud or business-related conflict. Police have launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators and determine the exact motive behind the murder.
