


MP for Narail-2, Md. Ataur Rahman Bachchu, held a meeting with officials and employees of various government departments in Lohagara Upazila on Monday (March 2) at 11:00 am.
The meeting, organised by the Lohagara Upazila Administration, took place at the Upazila Parishad Hallroom.
MP Ataur Rahman Bachchu was present as the chief guest. He was elected in the 13th National Parliament election as a candidate of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
The discussion was chaired by Upazila Executive Officer Shammi Kaiser. Among those who spoke were Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Municipal Administrator Sadia Sultana, Officer-in-Charge of Lohagara Police Station Abdur Rahman, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Sheikh Abul Hasnat, and Upazila Engineer Abu Sayeed Md. Jasim.
Officials from various departments, including youth development, social services, education, fisheries, agriculture, livestock, cooperatives, and women’s affairs, were also present. Representatives from local government and the media attended the meeting.
In his remarks, MP Bachchu said government officials should carry out their duties properly and assured that there would be no political interference in administrative work. He expressed his commitment to building an “ideal Lohagara Upazila” through collective efforts.
