A special operation was conducted in the Baklia police station area of ​​Chittagong city and Yaba worth 1.5 crore was recovered and four people, including terrorist Picchi Badsha, were arrested from Kuttapara, Bolirhat in a separate operation.

They were arrested in an operation conducted from 12:30 am on Sunday (January 18) to 6 am on Monday. The arrested are Md. Badsha (22), Shahriar Emon (25), Md. Maruf (25) and Md. Akash (22).

In this regard, Baklia police station officer-in-charge (OC) Mohammad Solaiman said that based on secret information, four people, including top terrorist Md. Badsha Prakash Chhota Badsha, were arrested from different areas. Badsha is a top terrorist listed by the Chattogram Metropolitan Police.

He is an accused in the Sajjad murder case that took place in the Access Road area. Apart from this, there are a total of 10 regular cases against him, including two robbery cases, at Baklia Police Station. After the arrest, the four have been sent to court after completing the necessary legal procedures.
