Jamaat-e-Islami Calls Emergency Press Conference

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has called an emergency press conference for this afternoon. The briefing is scheduled for 5:30 PM today, Saturday (February 14), at the party’s central office.

Senior leaders of the party are expected to attend. According to a press release issued by the party's office, the briefing follows the recent announcement of results for the 13th National Parliamentary Election. While the party has reportedly secured 77 seats, it has expressed concerns regarding the integrity of the voting process in several constituencies.
