


Prime Minister Tarique Rahman resumed office at the Secretariat on the first working day after the Eid holidays.
He arrived at his office at 9:01am and exchanged Eid greetings with officials before starting official duties, according to Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Rumon.
Senior government officials, including ministers and secretaries, also greeted the Prime Minister. Later, he held a meeting with Krishna Srinivasan, Director of the Asia and Pacific Department at the International Monetary Fund, at the Secretariat.
Finance and economic officials were present at the meeting, marking the start of full-scale government activities following the Eid break.
