Bodies of man woman recovered from Chittagong hotel Chittagong Bureau

Police recovered the bodies of a man and a woman from the Royal Park residential hotel in Chittagong’s Foy's Lake area on Monday afternoon.

According to the hotel register, the couple checked into the hotel on Sunday night, identifying themselves as Ripon and Sonia, a married couple.

Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Officer-in-Charge of Akbarshah Police Station, stated that the bodies have been sent to the morgue for autopsies. Police are currently tracing their mobile phones and checking registry addresses to confirm their real identities.

While the exact cause of death remains unknown, a police investigation into the incident is underway.
