162 Needy Women Receive Sewing Machines in Pabna

The District Social Welfare Office distributed sewing machines to 162 underprivileged women on Tuesday afternoon. The initiative, funded by the National Social Welfare Council, took place at the Pabna Social Welfare Office auditorium.

Member of Parliament for Pabna Sadar, Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, attended as the chief guest and handed over the machines to the beneficiaries. Other notable attendees included Md. Abdul Quader, Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department, and Monirul Islam, Executive Engineer of LGED.
