Rubaba Doula is currently the country director of Oracle Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. Previously, she worked in telecom sector companies like Grameenphone and Airtel.
She also served as the President of the Bangladesh Badminton Federation from 2009 to 2015. Rubaba also served as a member of the board of Bangladesh Special Olympics. There are rumors that after joining the BCB, Rubaba can take charge of the women's division.
