


The 46th founding anniversary of the Nationalist Volunteer Party (Swechchhasebak Dal) was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Jhalokati’s Nalchiti upazila on Friday afternoon.
To mark the occasion, leaders and grassroots activists from the BNP and the Volunteer Party organized a vibrant rally. The procession commenced at the Nalchiti Government Merchants Secondary School premises with paraded through the town's main streets and concluded at the Upazila Parishad complex.
Following the rally, a discussion meeting was held at the Upazila Parishad auditorium. The session was chaired by Nalchiti Upazila Volunteer Party Convener Touhid Alam Manna. Former Jhalokati District BNP President and heroic freedom fighter Mostafa Kamal Montu graced the event as the chief guest.
Several prominent local political figures attended as special guests, including former District BNP Advisor Golam Mostafa Chalu, Nalchiti Upazila BNP President Advocate Anisur Rahman Khan Helal, District Volunteer Party Convener Azadur Rahman Azad and Member Secretary Advocate Muffiqur Rahman Babu.
The anniversary program brought together a large number of political organizers including Nalchiti Upazila Volunteer Party Member Secretary Saidul Kabir Rana, Jhalokati District BNP Convener Committee Member Enayet Karim Mishu and Juba Dal Joint Conveners Ziaul Kabir Mithu and Rezwanul Haque. Speakers at the gathering highlighted the organization's political legacy and urged activists to remain united to achieve their future political goals.
