Indian actor Aamir Khan married longtime partner, wellness coach and entrepreneur Gauri Spratt, on July 5, 2026, in a private ceremony at his home in Mumbai.
The couple first registered their marriage under India's Special Marriage Act before hosting a small celebration at Aamir Khan's residence in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra.
About 150 guests attended the wedding, including close family members, longtime friends, and a small group of film industry colleagues. Guests included filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, politician Raj Thackeray, actor Elli AvrRam, former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan, and comedian Vir Das.
Family members played a central role in the celebration. Aamir's children—Junaid and Ira from his first marriage, and Azad from his second marriage—attended, along with Gauri's six-year-old son, Quinn. Aamir's mother, Zeenat Hussain, was also present.
The ceremony reflected the couple's preference for a low-key celebration. Gauri wore an ivory traditional lace outfit with layered jewelry and a floral braid, while Aamir chose a white traditional kurta paired with a statement brooch. Instead of a large reception, the couple hosted a private lunch and gathering for guests.
The wedding marks Aamir Khan's third marriage. He was married to Reena Dutta from 1986 to 2002 and later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005. The couple welcomed their son, Azad, through surrogacy in 2011 before announcing their separation in 2021. They have continued to collaborate professionally, including through the Paani Foundation.
Aamir and Gauri first met in Bengaluru about 25 years ago but later lost contact. They reconnected through family members in 2023, and their friendship developed into a relationship. Aamir publicly introduced Gauri during his 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025. Their marriage marks a new chapter after several years together.
