GR Rice Distributed to 600 Porsha Families in Naogaon

The Upazila Administration and Project Implementation Office distributed Gratuitous Relief (GR) rice to 600 families affected by recent natural disasters in Porsha.

The distribution program took place on Tuesday at the Upazila Parishad auditorium. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Rakibul Islam presided over the session, while Member of Parliament Md. Mostafizur Rahman officially inaugurated the initiative, joining as the chief guest via phone from Dhaka.

Local officials and political leaders were present to oversee the relief efforts. Attendees included Project Implementation Officer Mahmudul Haque Titu, Nitpur Food Warehouse Officer-in-Charge (OCLSD) Riazul Haque, Upazila BNP General Secretary Sadiqul Islam, Publicity Secretary Rafiqul Islam Gama, and Jubo Dal Convener Iqbal Hasan Shah, alongside other local leaders and dignitaries.
