The Chamber Judge’s Court has suspended a High Court ban on the activities of Swadesh Properties Limited’s Swarnali Housing Project.
On Wednesday, Justice Farha Mahbub of the Chamber Judge’s Court stayed the June 1 High Court order following an appeal filed by Swadesh Properties. This ruling removes immediate legal obstacles to continuing the housing project's activities.
The suspension follows the filing of Civil Petition for Leave to Appeal (No. 1706/2026) by Swadesh Properties Limited in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
