Child Dies After Being Hit by Trolley in Narail

A three-year-old boy named Limon died after being hit by a power trolley in Kalia Upazila of Narail on Sunday morning. The accident occurred around 9:30 AM in Kaldanga village, under Chanchuri Union. Limon was the younger of two sons born to Ikramul Fakir, a local farmer.

According to family members, Limon was on the road near his house when a passing trolley struck him. The impact caused severe injuries to his head, legs, and face. Local residents quickly rescued the child and rushed him to Narail District Hospital. However, the attending emergency doctor declared him dead upon arrival.

Sub-Inspector (SI) Sohel Alam of Narail Sadar Police Station confirmed the incident, stating that the body was handed over to the family after the completion of necessary legal formalities.
