PM visits Evercare Hospital to see ailing Mirza Abbas

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman visited Evercare Hospital in the capital today to check on the health of his political advisor, Mirza Abbas.

The veteran leader is scheduled to be flown to Singapore via air ambulance at 6:00 PM today for advanced medical treatment.

Mirza Abbas fell ill following Iftar on Wednesday, March 11. He was rushed to Evercare Hospital later 그 night after his condition worsened.

Since his admission, several high-profile figures have visited the hospital to offer their well-wishes. On Thursday, BNP Secretary General and Local Government Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Abdul Moin Khan, and Social Welfare Minister Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain were in attendance. Opposition Leader and Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Shafiqur Rahman also visited the hospital to inquire about his health.
