Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan commanded the spotlight at the Joy Awards 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, over the weekend. The "King of Bollywood" was seen mingling with a galaxy of international icons, including pop sensation Katy Perry and Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown.

Social media was flooded with images of the interactions, including a widely shared group shot featuring Khan alongside Brown and Squid Game lead Lee Jung-jae.

Lee Jung-jae, who achieved global fame as Seong Gi-hun (Player 456), shared a selfie with Khan on Instagram, captioning it: “Honoured to be with a respected icon Mr. @iamsrk.” The two stars reportedly met during the Joy Forum, a premier gathering for the global entertainment industry.

A video from the ceremony also went viral showing Khan gently directing fans to face official cameras rather than taking personal selfies while on stage to present an award. Fans praised the actor's professionalism, noting his adherence to event protocols to ensure high-quality official photography.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently filming his highly anticipated action thriller, King. Directed by Siddharth Anand (Pathaan), the film features an ensemble cast including his daughter Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Abhishek Bachchan. The movie is reportedly targeting a Christmas 2026 release.
