A student science project and innovative ideas exhibition was held at Porsha Upazila in Naogaon to foster creativity and research mindsets among young learners.

The fair, themed "Bangladesh, the country of talent-science-innovation, first and foremost," was held at the Shaheed Pinku Girls' High School ground. Organized under the Educational Excellence Support Scheme of the Secondary and Higher Education Directorate (SEDP), the event was implemented jointly by the upazila administration and the upazila secondary education office.

The day-long fair kicked off at 10:00 AM on Friday with 13 exhibition stalls representing various local educational institutions.

In the afternoon, Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Member of Parliament for the Naogaon-1 constituency, formally inaugurated the event as the chief guest. He later distributed certificates and crests to two outstanding teachers and three exceptional students for their innovative projects.

"The new generation must be scientifically minded to build a Smart Bangladesh. The hidden talents of our teachers and students have been beautifully revealed through this fair. These small innovations will serve as powerful tools for our future development." — Md. Mostafizur Rahman, MP
