


Prime Minister Tarique Rahman arrived in Beijing on Wednesday evening, concluding his visit to Dalian, China. Accompanied by his wife, Dr. Zubaida Rahman, he traveled via high-speed train, departing Dalian at 2:00 p.m.
local time and reaching the Chinese capital at 5:35 p.m.Earlier on Wednesday, the Prime Minister attended the World Economic Forum's (WEF) 17th "Summer Davos" at the Dalian International Conference Center. Themed "New Champions," the conference gathered heads of state and senior representatives from several nations, including Guinea, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Mongolia, and Montenegro.
Alongside the summit sessions, Prime Minister Rahman held a courtesy meeting with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. The two-day WEF event brought together over 1,700 delegates, policymakers, and business leaders from more than 90 countries to discuss the future of the global economy and technological innovation.
